Celebrity fitness creator of YaLa Fitness, Laurent Amzallag presents YaLa night workout party, Nuit Sensuelle. Laurent has received high praise from Oprah, ELLE Magazine, and was named one of the country’s top trainers by the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports and DC’s top trainers by Washingtonian Magazine. Nuit Sensuelle taking place on Saturday May 19th on the Southwest Waterfront will feature a dance performance and fashion show by DarbeDar and Tala Raasi. Urban Evolution’s acrobatics will also keep the energy rising. Healthy snacks and drinks will prep participants for Laurent’s high-energy workout to DJ Tyypsilon’s hot playlist. Open to all levels and ages. Tickets are $15 online at yalafitness.com and $20 at the door. Portion of proceeds to benefit Children’s Hospital. Attendees should arrive in casual workout attire.
