Hi, my name is Tomer and I'm one of the instructors here in the Rockville studio.
I served 15 years as an officer and team leader in the Israeli Army special forces and as an Israeli Secret Service agent. I have vast experience with counter terrorism techniques, VIP close protection and more.

KravMaga unique approach is to teach you basic but very effective tools in order to finish the fight fast. during my lessons I will take you one step forward every time:
You will face intensive real life situation, street fight, defense & attack against Knife, Baseball-bat, hand Gun.
I teach how to avoid attacks but if require how to deceive, surprise and naturalize the attacker.
You don't need any special talent or experience to participate. some of my students didn't have any knowledge and some have a few years in all kinds of martial arts such as Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing and etc.
my students find the class very challenging and feel confidence to face real life situation in a better and more effective way.
The focus in our class is on the student progress, we don't just charge you for a monthly payment to come and punch a bag or accidental ran-dory.
We work in small group of students up to 10 in each class to give the personal attention you need to advance and improve yourself.
Our Team
Our instructors are former Israeli Defense Forces specialists, who have first-hand combat experience. They received the best available Krav Maga training during their service in Israeli elite units.
This knowledge and techniques have been put to use in the real world again and again throughout the years.
