Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF) is proud to announce the 2014 FIDF DC Chapter Gala Dinner: From Holocaust to Independence—Honoring Rosemary Schindler on Thursday, May 29th, 2014 at the Bethesda Marriott North Bethesda Conference Center.
The evening’s program will feature representatives from multiple branches of the IDF, including a tribute to local IDF Lone Soldiers, our adopted Third Flotilla of the Israeli Navy, many dignitaries and VIP’s including Major General Yaacov Ayish, Israel’s Defense & Armed Forces Attaché to the U.S. and Canada and Capt Ronen Nimni Israel’s Navy Attache and Armed Forces representative to the United Nations.
Our featured keynote will be MK Shaul Mofaz
Friends of the IDF provides for the education and wellbeing of the men and women who serve in the Israel Defense Forces as well as the families of fallen soldiers. Friends of the IDF is the only non-profit organization in the United States whose sole mission is focused on the support of the IDF soldiers who protect the State of Israel.
