Learn to dance like a Bollywood pro! Students will learn the fundamentals of Bollywood and Pop Bhangra dance. This class is dedicated to learning, reviewing, and repeating basic body movements and steps in a simple choreographed manner. Several short song sequences will be taught during the course, with greater emphasis placed on fundamentals. This course is designed for dancers who want a focus on rhythm, energy, and fun!

Bollywood instructor PalakShailee Adinolfi brings her Jazz/Hip Hop background with an Indian twist to Dhoonya Dance's program and is therefore our leading Bolly-Hip Hop expert. A Dhoonya DC Instructor and Performance Company member since 2007, Shailee also works in international development and is very passionate about her job.
