Set in 1920s Montreal, the touching story of a boy caught between his traditional grandfather and modern-minded father. Lovingly rendered and beautifully acted, Lies My Father Told Me revisits age old family dramas with acute intelligence and complex sympathy. Starring Yossi Yadin, Marilyn Lightstone, Len Birman and Jeff Lynas. Deservedly, a Canadian film classic.
