Memorial service for Fogel family

UJA Federation and Shaarei Shomayim Congregation (470 Glencairn Ave) will be holding a memorial service tomorrow, March 17 at 6 pm* for five members of the Fogel family who were brutally murdered in their Israeli home on Friday night.
The 45 minute service will be taking place on the Fast of Esther, which always precedes Purim and commemorates the fast undertaken by the Jews of the ancient Persian empire on the day of battle against their enemies who were pledged to destroy them.
All of us mourn the murders of Rabbi Udi Fogel (36), Ruth (35), Yoav (11), Elad (4) and three-month-old Hadas who were slain while they slept by a knife wielding terrorist or terrorists.
Please take 45 minutes to memorialize the victims of this shocking and barbaric attack and to strengthen our ties to Israel.
To help Fogel family survivors and other victims of terror by contributing to the UJA Victims of Terror Fund.
* The memorial service will be followed by mincha.
