Chanukah candlelighting, learning, kids’ story + kensington solstice parade

Let’s come together as a community on the second night of Hanukkah and longest night of the year!
6:15 – We’ll light Hanukkah candles in the storefront window looking out on College St., sing Hanukkah songs, and share some light snacks (we recommend eating dinner before you come).
6:45 – Adults will explore the connection between Hanukkah and solstice in a mini-learning session while kids enjoy a Hanukkah story.
7:00 – We’ll head into Kensington Market for the 22nd annual Kensington Market Winter Solstice parade with music, lanterns, and performances to light up the darkest night.
