Ashkenaz presents the premiere Toronto show of Israel's hottest new World music act, YEMEN BLUES - an explosive blend of Yemenite-Jewish song and poetry, West African grooves and American jazz, blues and funk.
YEMEN BLUES is "a language you will understand no matter where you come from", says lead singer Ravid Kahalani, formerly of the Idan Raichel Project who took Toronto by storm in November 2010.
