PERFECT PIES FOR THE HOLIDAYS
With Maria Capdevielle
You don't have to be an expert chef to create perfect holiday desserts. In this beginners' baking class, top Italian pastry chef Maria Capdevielle will teach you professional but easy techniques for making perfect pie and tart crusts as well as delicious fillings. Each student will take home a pie dough to roll out and make into a holiday pie or tart. Menu: traditional double-crusted apple pie, classic pecan pie and pear cranberry galette.
