While sipping on homemade sangria, create garlic-laced mushrooms; spinach fritters; patatas bravas; caramelized onion toasts; crispy battered zucchini; sweet carrot tempura; fresh fava bean puree on assorted raw vegetables; poached asparagus with goat cheese, chives, and fine olive oil; and tiny Greek salads on endive leaves.
