The JCC In Manhattan Announces: The 2012/2013 Season of R&R @ the JCC – December 15th – Chanukah Day!
WHO: Gentle Movement and Yoga as prep for Meditation. “Invoking the Light;” telling the Chanukah story as metaphor for triumph of light over darkness; Community Cinema: High Noon; Milton the Menorah! (A Chanukah Adventure!); Guy Mendilow Ensemble Family Concert followed by Around the World in Song! interactive workshop that will introduce children to music from around the world in up to six languages, A Capella Concert: University of Delaware’s YChromes and much, much, more!
WHAT: R&R Saturdays are FREE at the JCC! Make your Shabbat afternoon special and share in our community. Workshops, Art, Yoga, Meditation, Food, Music, Study Sessions, film, creative art projects, Spa Experiences, Indoor & Outdoor play! There are programs for both children and adults. Guaranteed fun for the whole family! All are welcome.
