Rabbi Marcelo Bronstein and the Mindfulness Hevra invite you to Rabbi’ Glick’s presentation. At the heart of the meditative life is the expansion of our awareness. Meditation purifies our mind and transforms our state of consciousness. It lifts us from the finite to the Infinite. In this workshop, we will explore the five main forms of meditation: stilling the mind, visualization, concentration, mantra chanting and contemplation.
