Join Shalom Gorewitz and Tabobodong (Clinton Elliot ) for a most extraordinary experience as we celebrate the summer equinox. Meet at 5 am at the 77th Street entrance to Central Park, receivean intention for walking to the Ladies Pavilion, watch the sunrise in silence. Before, during, and after the sunrise, Shalom and a Native-American Elder from the Ojibwa Anishinabe tribe, Clinton Elliot, will provide short teachings and blessings from the Jewish and Native American traditions. Walk back to the JCC for a light breakfast and the presentation of small gifts!
