shoemaking: beginner

Category :: Other
Design and make a fabulous pair of shoes. Students will make a pump for their first project. Creating your very own design, drafting patterns, cutting leathers, stitching, constructing leather components and more will be covered. Imagine decorating with gems, buckles, nail heads, spikes, and sumptuous trims. Your dream shoe is just a class away!

A group trip to the supply houses will be scheduled at the first class to purchase materials, leather, and more. You should expect to spend approximately $160-$200 on your supplies which includes having the soles put on professionally.

Our very own Emily Putterman-Handler was the fall season's footwear consultant on the wildly popular Project Accessory!
