For the 13th consecutive year, the Upper West Side community gathers to read the names of Jews among the six million murdered during the Second World War. The reading will begin on Sunday, May 1, at 10 pm at The Carlebach Shul, 305 West 79th Street (between West End and Riverside), continuing throughout the night with representatives of Upper West Side congregations and other members of the community. It will resume at 9 am on Monday, May 2, at the JCC in the 7th floor beit midrash, ending at 6 pm with the recitation of Kaddish. Come to read or to witness by your presence.
