JCC Manhattan Announces: The 2016/2017 Season of R&R: Shabbat @ the JCC – January 21st - Revelation/Mysticism
WHO: EAST GREENBUSH Spa: BritYoga - No Stress Yoga, Steampunk Yoga, Energy Session; Introduction To Meditation For All Ages; Family Glow Yoga and Dance with MEDITESH; Shabbat Chefs: Let’s Make Hummus!; Community Cinema: Kabbalah Me; Community Concert: Rutgers ShockWave A Capella and much, much more!
WHAT: R&R Saturdays are FREE at the JCC! Make your Shabbat afternoon special and share in our community. Workshops, Art, Yoga, Meditation, Food, Music, Study Sessions, film, creative art projects, Spa Experiences, Indoor & Outdoor play! There are programs for both children and adults. Guaranteed fun for the whole family! All are welcome.
