ABOUT THE ARTISTS:
ROTEM SIVAN TRIO:
Described by DownBeat Magazine as “a remarkable talent and a welcome new voice on the scene,” Rotem Sivan is taking the NYC jazz scene by storm. Sivan was born in Jerusalem, a city of mixed traditions, faiths and influences. One of the most exciting young jazz performers, Rotem Sivan is developing at a fascinating rate. Jazz critics and magazines around the world praised both his latest albums receiving 4.5 stars on Downbeat Magazine.
NOAM AMIT:
With a sultry voice that fuses jazz and R&B, Noam Amit counts Amy Winehouse and Nina Simone among her influences. Born in Tel Aviv, Noam has performed in such musicals as "Grease," "Hair," and "A Little Night Music. With formal training in theater and dance, and her trademark curls, you won't be able to look away.
JEFF JACOBS:
A New York City native, and son of an opera singer and a poet, you might say Jeff Jacobs was bred for songwriting. His unique voice and compositions have been winning over audiences since his debut release “Enjoy The View” in 2010. His songs have been selected by various network television shows, including MTV's "Teen Mom 2." Upon release, “Enjoy The View” was selected one of AOLMusic.com's featured albums of the week, and was among a dozen albums streamed worldwide alongside names such as R.E.M, Tony Lucca, and Hanz Zimmer. He has played over 500 shows worldwide. Jeff continues to write, perform and record music from his home in New York City.
MOR LOUD:
The Mor Loud Band is a secessional electronic rock/hip hop /edm group fronted Israeli-American, Brooklyn based producer Mor Loud. Established in 2002, the band is the brainchild of Mor Loud and friends and was rocking clubs and venues all over Israel. With the years the band evolved to play different styles & was exposed to the electronic side of music. The band brings forth a live electronic performance with acoustic instruments & delivers a fresh an exciting new sound.
