In this class, led by nationally published food writer and recipe developer Adeena Sussman, you'll learn to create quick and delicious recipes for a light and festive Friday night dinner or Saturday lunch. You'll prepare white gazpacho with grapes & almonds, sweet and spicy rubbed salmon fillet with cucumber-pineapple relish, cheeseless Caesar couscous salad with confetti vegetables and currants, za'atar, lemon and oregano marinated chicken breasts (za'atar is a special blend of herbs, sesame seeds and salt). Finish your meal with chocolate and coconut sorbets and watermelom mint lime granita.
