JICNY is looking for next generation community leaders!
JICNY Leadership is a new and innovative program that will be launched on April 3rd. This prestigious program will train and empower the future leaders of our organization and the community at large. A highly competitive selection process will identify top candidates for the program. The Leadership program then provides these selected candidates with a truly unique opportunity to learn the skills necessary to run effective organizations and make a difference in the community.
The Leadership program trains its participants through an intensive curriculum, which includes seminars and workshops by leading professionals combined with hands on, practical experience. The workshops not only focus on leadership development and organizational theory, but also on developing the skills and knowledge required to make a difference. Participants will actually put these skills to work to complete projects selected by the participants, grow this organization and make a lasting impact.
Those selected to take part in this initiative will represent a new generation of community activists and have one of the best opportunities to meet and network with future leaders. They will not only be articulate and highly respected in community, they will also have the ability to make a difference in the Jewish World.
The JICNY Leadership program application process is highly competitive as JICNY seeks to train top professionals in America who are not only able to provide for the long term needs of this organization and the Jewish Community in New York but also to undertake projects that will make a difference worldwide.
At the same time, we encourage everyone to apply as we are always looking for professionals who will bring diversity to our team. We are seeking professionals working in a variety of fields: academia, politics, finance, media, non-profit, real estate, medical, law, arts, theater, marketing, media and others.
