PROGRAM KICKOFF!

SPRING ECO-FAIR
Sunday May 22, 1-5 pm

Inspired by the JCC in Manhattan teens, the Eco-Fair has been designed to help preserve the environment for our generation and generations to come. Join us to learn more about environmental initiatives and ways you can make a positive impact on the environment today.

Events + Activities for all Ages!
Information + activity booths featuring the nations leading environmental organizations! Including: delicious food demos, classes, bike rides, sustainable eco-friendly vendors, urban farmers, adamah products, etsy sustainable marketplace, eco-artists, guest speakers, presentations, short film screenings, engaging conversations and a day of eco-inspiration!

FEATURED SPEAKER:
Diet For A Hot Planet: A conversation with Anna Lappé
Join widely respected author and educator, renowned for her work as a sustainable food advocate, as she discusses her new book. Free!

FOR TEENS:
Community Service + Social Action Opportunities

Pack It Up-Going Green!
End the school year with this meaningful community service project. Make a difference in our community by helping sort and pack up old batteries, cell phones and eyeglasses!

Special Eco-Operation Chicken Soup!
Get together with other teens from all over NYC to prepare hot meals for those in need throughout our community. Join us to make exciting GREEN recipes with a professional chef!
