Jaffa Institute Fourth Decade Kick-Off Gala Dinner

The Jaffa Institute (www.jaffainstitute.org) will kick-off their fourth decade of service to the severely disadvantaged children and families of the greater Tel Aviv-Jaffa area of Israel with a celebratory gala dinner in New York City.
At the dinner, Dr. David J. Portowicz, Chairman and Co-Founder of The Jaffa Institute, will be presented with the Institute’s prestigious Founders Award. Mr. Jay Bauer will also be honored with the esteemed Yedid Nefesh Award, and Mr. Tommy Steyer and Ms. Helen Steyer will receive the celebrated Anshei Chesed Award.
Guests speakers will include General (Res.) Yorem Yair, Former Commander of Israel’s Paratrooper Brigade, and Ambassador Daniel Kurtzer, Former U.S. Ambassador to Israel and Egypt.
