Explore the ways women can determine their next steps – think about transitions from one stage of work or life to another, from one career to another one, or to part-time work, or to volunteer work, or “retirement” – or points in between. Our panelists have interesting stories of moving from one phase of their life to another –and they will share how they determined and accomplished those changes. Some self-assessment tools will be provided to help attendees think about new ways to approach their future, about defining what they want to do next and ways to accomplish this. The Transition Network has been helping women for many years to build community and to move ahead to embrace new dreams in the next stage of their lives.
