Participate in a variety of mind/body programs designed to lift your spirits and improve your well-being. Enjoy a diverse program of activities such as yoga, Reiki, MELT and Nia, specifically designed for women in treatment for cancer. Learn tips on how to stay balanced and centered in the midst of cancer treatment. Day includes a light, healthy meal at the end of each session.

Dietary laws observed. Priority goes to those who have been in treatment for the last 2 years. Co-sponsored by The Comprehensive Breast Center at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospitals, The JCC in Manhattan, The Institute for the Advancement of Complementary Therapies (IACT), SHARE, Sharsheret, Young Survival Coalition & Movin’On Aerobics.
