I am a Montreal based filmmaker, who has recently completed a documentary: "Yiddish: a tale of survival" which was screened at the Montreal World Film Festival and also the New York City International Film Festival, as well as at the Haverford Yiddish Culrure Festival and the IAYC conference.
Tomorrow night, November 20th, in Montreal, I am planning the first DVD launch, at a small vegetarian cafe and bar called L'Escalier from 6 -8 pm. 552 St. Catherine St. East. 2nd. Floor, right above La Maison Internationale. (Berri-Uquam Metro).
There is a pay what you can cover fee. There will be music, excerpts from the documentary and discussion.
