Author Wayne Hoffman will be reading from and discussing his new novel, Sweet Like Sugar. Partially set in Miami, the book follows the friendship between a young Jewish man and an elderly Orthodox rabbi, and what their unlikely relationship teaches each of them about alienation, belonging, and fate. Named one of the best Jewish books of the year by Heeb magazine.
