Shabbat Nature Walk and Healing Talks! Holistic Healing plays an integral role in our lives, especially if we are seeking new lives and better health. Utilizing Judaism and mystical energies of the planet, you will feel energized by nature as you learn tools for healing your body, mind and spirit.

Delray Oaks Nature Trail is a delightful shady path, centrally located off I95, south of Linton Blvd. It has many different plants and animals to enjoy, a lookout to sit at which takes about 15 minutes to walk to.

What to bring:
Your "Terumah" ~ gift from the heart
Water to drink
Skin protection from insects (just in case) There is very little sun.
