TEMPLE BETH TORAH to Feature Nationally Known Stand up Comedian
On Saturday Night January 21 at 8PM Temple Beth Torah welcomes the community to The MAIN EVENT FUNdraiser Comedy Night starring nationally known comedian/writer Keith Barany. The New York Post calls him “The wittiest comic working today”.
If you enjoy Jerry Seinfeld, Jimmy Kimmel, Bill Maher and Garry Shandling then you won’t want to miss comedian Keith Barany who has written comedy material for these top comedians. Keith brings his hilarious stand up comedy show to Temple Beth Torah in Humble on Saturday night, January 21, 2012 at 8 PM for ONE NIGHT ONLY. The comedian has appeared at a variety of top showrooms including Caesar’s Palace, Tropicana, and the Trump Hotel Las Vegas. Keith has shared the stage with many star entertainers including Bob Hope, Joan Rivers ,Jon Stewart, Joy Behar, Larry David, Ray Romano and Rita Rudner. Keith has also toured overseas and entertained US troops several times.
His show is a mix of Jewish themed and mainstream routines. In other words, you don’t have to be Jewish to love his show. A proud graduate of the Ramaz Orthodox Jewish Day School, Keith nonetheless describes it this way; “I served 14 years in a minimum security Yeshiva for a crime I didn’t commit!”
