Gwen is President and owner of The Growth Coach of Southeastern WI, a business coaching franchise focusing on helping business owners, executives, managers & sales teams get the best results with the least amount of time and effort by helping them define their vision for their work and personal lives, and then guiding them and holding them accountable to making sure that every decision they make and every action they take is bringing them closer to their goals.
Gwen has also been an adjunct professor of Psychology and Sociology at her alma mater, Carroll University, since 2004 and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MS in Educational Psychology. She has worked both in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, ultimately owning her own private practice for several years, as well as directing the guidance department at Immaculate Conception Elementary & Middle School in Burlington, WI.
She has been featured in several local, national and international publications, including Drug Industry Association magazine and in Lucy Rosen's 2010-release book, Fast-Track Networking: Turning Conversations Into Contacts. She is also an accomplished and dynamic speaker for industry groups and business organizations, including The Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Jewish B2B Networking Group and QuickBooks Pro Advisors.
