Join Leaders United for guided tours of two dynamic exhibits: "Beyond Swastika and Jim Crow" and "Legacy of Absence Gallery." $25 ticket includes bus transportation - departing downtown Chicago at 5:15 pm.
The Beyond Swastika and Jim Crow exhibit tells the story of Jewish refugee professors at historically black colleges and universities. The Legacy of Absence Gallery features contemporary artistic responses to genocides and other atrocities, including the Holocaust, the Atlantic slave trade, Cambodia, Rwanda, Argentina, and the Soviet Gulag.
The event will include a reception in the Museum’s Hall of Reflection and special greetings from Executive Director, Richard S. Hirschhaut, and Leaders United leadership.
Tickets are $25 each and include transportation by charter coach bus, admission to the Museum, catered reception, and docent-led tours of both exhibits.
