Celebration of Service Schedule:
7:45 am Check in by your last name at Union Station's Great Hall. You'll pick up your volunteer information and goody bag. If you pre-ordered a box lunch or t-shirt, be sure to pick those up as well (watch for signs at these areas). Remember: wear clothes you won't mind getting dirty. Painting, crafts and building are fun projects but can be messy!
8:25 am Get energized at the opening ceremony as we all remember why we serve. You'll hear from Chris Gardner, whose life story inspired The Pursuit of Happyness and enjoy music from the Voices of Acme.
9:30 am Time to serve! Board your bus and set out to improve Chicago and inspire others to keep Dr. King's dream alive. Lunch at your project site. Volunteers need to bring their own lunch or order from the box lunch caterer. Pre-ordered lunches can be picked up after you check-in at Union Station.
3:30 pm Arrive back at Union Station. Head home proud of the work you accomplished and inspired to stay involved throughout the year.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A TAGLIT-BIRTHRIGHT ALUM TO VOLUNTEER! Tell your friends!
