Jewish Meditation class with Seth Wax

Come join a Jewish Meditation workshop and learn a range of techniques and practices for cultivating awareness and mindfulness. The class will be led by Seth Wax, a teacher with Nishmat Hayyim who has been offering meditation instruction at synagogues, colleges, and schools throughout the Boston area and is currently a 4th year student at Hebrew College Rabbinical School in Newton, Mass. The class is appropriate for people with little to no experience with meditation, as well as those who have practiced in the past.
This is one time program that we hope to continue again in the fall if we have adequate interest.
Class fee is $10.00 at the door - $5 validated parking is available INSIDE the Charles River Plaza Garage.
