Though less than 2% of the American population, Jews have had an incredible impact on almost all aspects of American popular culture. This three-session series will focus on the Jewish movie moguls who founded the American film industry: songwriters, directors, actors and producers who dominated the Broadway stage from the 1920's to the 1970's and the pioneers who created the mainstream televison networks.
Video clips of films, Broadway shows and TV programs will be shown at every presentation
