Come join us this season for our Jewish Meditation Workshop Series and learn a range of techniques and practices for cultivating awareness and mindfulness. The class will be led by Seth Wax, teacher with Nishmat Hayyim who has been offering meditation instruction at synagogues, colleges, and schools throughout the Boston area and is currently a 5th year student at Hebrew College Rabbinical School in Newton, Mass. The class is appropriate for people with little to no experience with meditation, as well as those who have practiced in the past.

NOTE - TIME HAS CHANGED TO 8:00 PM - FUTURE DATES AND TIME WILL ALSO NEED TO CHANGE - PLEASE CONFIRM BEFORE ATTENDING

Class fee is $10.00 and all proceeds go to the Vilna Shul.
$5 validated parking is available INSIDE the Charles River Plaza Garage after 4pm.
