NCM Fathom and The Movie Machine present an Evening of Reflection and Song featuring the debut of the documentary "Their Eyes Were Dry" directed by Brandon Assanti, which tells the story of the 1974 terrorist attack in Ma’alot, Israel where children were taken hostage by three Palestinian terrorists. This moving documentary will touch viewers of all cultures and generations.

This Special One Night Event begins with the compelling documentary "Their Eyes Were Dry" and then concludes with a musical tribute by the all-star Cantors Assembly originally featured in the 2010 NCM Fathom Event 100 Voices: A Journey Home. Featured Cantors include Hazzan's Alberto Mizrahi, Jacob Mendelson, David Propis, Nathan Lam, Faith Steinsnyder, and Rebecca Carmi who are singing songs that celebrate Israeli Independence Day and commemorate the children of the 1974 incident.
