The MJCCA invites you to a 90 minute spiritual & physical workout session that will get your body & soul pumping and your spirit soaring. Rabbi Glusman will share spiritual insights about the Jewish New Year before and during a low impact work out session with Marcia Sheinis, Group Fitness Instructor at the MJCCA. No previous work out experience necessary. For adults and teens, 13 and above. This is one work out you do not want to miss!
